question #9: will a boat wrap stay on in the water?
If GFX Wraps installs it, we guarantee it will! We use 3M Controltac IJ180Cv3 Vinyl and 3M 8519 Laminate for all our boat wraps. This vinyl and laminate combo is recommended by 3M for marine applications. We have used it on a number of high performance tournament boats, so we know it will stick just fine... even at 70mph! Also, we avoid paneling boat wraps at all costs. We would much rather get a full side on your boat in one long horizontal panel. The fewer seams on your boat, the less the chances there are for premature failure. Trust the experts!
